The motorcycle I reserved wasn't available so I got a free upgrade to an even better one. Booking through Rentalmotorbike.com was very easy and quick, definitely recommended!

I rented a Piaggio mp3 125 cc but there was a problem with the speed after 80 k/ph it looses speed so i road back to Talleres UVEENE Barcelona and they helped me very good.they gave me a much better model 500cc version witch was great.i give 5 stars because they helping you good and after returning no complains about anything.you can trust this company. The people of the rental company was very kind and helpful. No complaint about the service, only the motorcycle because the right mirror was different from the other one, and that made the ride a bit uncomfortable.

¡Hola! Fui muy bien atendido. La empresa fue muy amable y servicial. Mi moto estaba en perfectas condiciones. La única salvedad es que la hora de recoger la moto era a las 8 de la mañana, pero la empresa de alquiler solo abre a las 9 de la mañana. Estropeó la planificación de nuestro viaje y tuvimos que esperar en el frío toda la diferencia horaria. Además, todo es perfecto.

Mein gemietetes Motorrad hatte kein dauerhaftes Rücklicht. Ansonsten hat es super funktioniert. Wir haben durch den Unfall versucht, auf einem Sonntag jemanden zu erreichen. Dies war nicht möglich.

Very good service, probably due to the critical period (august) and the amount of reservations , I could say I've only experienced a little delay in getting answers. By the way, all the guys were very kind and helpful at the moment of preparing all the necessary things and get in contact with me before departure time. I strongly recommend it!

The service was good, it was easy and hassle free to pick up my scooter, however the condition of the scooter was not very good, the scooter was dirty, had scratches and marks and had issues switch the ignition.

Actually i love the company. Friendly, fast, easy. BUT: Deposit can't made as deposit on credit card. Was done as a payment of 300€. Okay, i accepted because of technically issues. Payback of the deposit made wasnt possible. They excused and told me my credit card doesnt accept a cancellation of a payment. Seriously? Not enough cash to give me 300€ cash. Okay so transfer to my bank account via IBAN. One week later still no money on my bank account . That feels not serious anymore.

I had some troubles with my credit card. But they had a very good solution. Good service.

Everything would have been perfect but: we reserved the bike and it was written that we can take it from 9am. We arrived at 11am and the bike was already rented to another person even though we reserved it. It wasnt too bad because they gave us an electric scooter and told us to come back at about 18pm because the bike we reserved would be back at that time. All in all its a great place to rent a motorbike, it was cheap compared to other companies.

Easy communication great bike i had a great time. I would book with you again at any time!

El servicio fue bastante mediocre, la moto que había reservado estaba averiada y me entregaron una como sustituta que estaba en mal estado, la cadena estaba suelta iba golpeando todo el rato, hice el reclamo y la respuesta fue llevarla a otra ciudad a que la revisen. No lo recomiendo. Luego el deposito de garantía se me retuvo por 10 dias. Cosa que no se me informo a la hora de realizar la reserva.

Una empresa de alquiler seria, equipo muy disponible y servicio perfecto. La moto era nueva y ha ido todo bien.

Recibí una Kymco 125, sucia, capada? Se caló varias veces en marcha a 90-95 kmh. Atención no muy buena y lenta. Esperé 45 minutos hasta que salí con la moto.

I liked the the experience of booking with Jota Cafe Racer: the documents job was done online via WhatsApp, so when I’ve arrived to take the motorbike I’ve needed only to pay the deposit and the amount for rent (also via my phone online without physical credit card). Also was proposed to take a new Brixton Crossfire 500 as an option (I’ve booked Kawasaki Er5), and I’ve agreed on it! The journey was wonderful and I’ve enjoyed it much. The deposit was not unblocked yet, but I was informed that they need around 10 days to check the possible fines, so I am waiting. Also I recommend to inform the guys when you plan to return the motorbike exactly, cause they are not 100% time in the office
