Alquilan motos de otro tiempo en mal estado fue una estafa
Un trato desigual, sin rapidez para preparar la moto que ya debería estar lista. He tenido que estar detrás de ellos para que hicieran la devolución de la fianza. Dejadez en general.
Der Mitarbeiter der Firma Jota Cafe (Vermieter) bestätigte mir die Rückgabe des Mietobjekts in einwandfreiem Zustand. Die Deposit in Höhe von 300,00 € habe ich allerdings nicht zurückerhalten. Die Summe wurde mir von meinem Kreditkartenkonto abgebucht anstatt reserviert und nach 6 Wochen noch immer nicht zurückgezahlt. Auf schriftliche Nachfrage erhielt ich die Antwort "let me verify" und dann hörte ich trotz weiterer Emails niemals wieder von Jota Cafe. Ich muss nun umständlich meine Bank beauftragen die 300 € zurückzuholen. Funktioniert das nicht, muss ich einen Anwalt beauftragen. Jota Cafe kann ich absolut niemandem empfehlen. Finger weg!!!
Alle sehr nett und hilfsbereit.
Im groß und ganzen hat alles funktioniert. Ärgerlich war die Kaution zurück zur halten. Nach der Abgabe des Roller dauerte es 15 Tage. Ich musste mehrmals dran erinnern. Daher 1 Stern Abzug.

no professionalism on the part of the staff, motorcycles in very poor condition. do not provide the requested accessories because they do not have enough. the top cases on the locks do not close or are broken. two of my friends had their deposit taken away even though they did not cause any damage to the motorcycle. they took stripes that already existed. (before after photos as proof). I do not recommend renting from them.

Los chicos fueron super atentos y el servicio impecable! Recomendadísimo!!!!
El trámite fue bastante ágil y me atendieron muy bien.
La moto estaba bastante bien, lo único no funcionaban muy bien las cerraduras del sillín y guantera.

Moto muy sucia con los compartimentos para guardar las cosas llenos de arena, servicio de entrega un poco tercermundista aun que por el precio tampoco esta mal. Llevo 16 días y aun no me han devuelto la fianza, sigo esperando.

There was difficulty indelivering it to me in Ibiza town, after more than 2h wait, I had to get a taxi to the office in order to get the bike.
El tipo encargado de darnos las motos, se le vio muy desorganizado. Además muy lento, estuvimos más de una hora esperando al sol a que nos diera las motos,en ni si quiera tienen oficina. Quedas en un descampado y ahí t tienen en la puerta esperando hasta q finalmente te las da... La verdad q una mala experiencia. y para como hace 1 mes que alquilé la moto y sigo siguen sin devolver la fianza. No responden a los correos ni a las llamadas.

La moto perfecto, me dieron el modelo elegido y con 600 km, asi que practicamente nueva. El lugar de recogida esta un poco complicado de encontrar, te hacen la entrega y vuelta en la calle mismo todo via whatsapp y se hace un poco desconfiable, pero al final todo sin problema. Ignasi me ayudo en todo lo que necesité, incluso se ofreció a acompañarme al aeropuerto por si no tenia como volver.

Organisation pas très sérieuse
La moto se encontraba en mal estado a simple vista, con piezas desgastadas, mal encajadas y no funcionaba bien un intermitente. El compartimiento del casco con la cerradura en estado lamentable. Se estropeó al 2o día y perdimos toda la tarde para que nos recogiera el servicio de carretera y nos proporcionaran otra. Al día siguiente también murió, y perdimos de nuevo medio día con lo mismo. La tercera moto estaba en un estado lamentable y vieja, y por un rasguño en el retrovisor se nos negó la fianza sin ningún tipo de pregunta diciendo que eso valía más de 200€. El peor servicio de mi vida, y encima nos timaron la fianza.

Moto vecchissima,i freni malfunzionamti,tachimetro rotto,gomme con data di fabbricazione 2013 e io ho noleggiato nel 2021,ho pagato questa moto una cifra elevata ,da contratto includeva L abs in realtà la moto ne era sprovvista,pessimo,soprattutto perché poi una delle gomme mi è scoppiata mentre guidavo
