It needs more options , because I needed to change the scooter that I locate at begining , because I nedded a space to keep the helmet and the only option was a chinese model 125 with small wheels.

They charged me more than in the contract, and also a deposit over 200€ which i did not get back yet. The motorbike was in unsafe and bad conditions, and i did not get a replacement. They sent me afterwards an invoice for over 120€ for a demolition on the seat which was already broken. Please contact me. [email protected]

The renter was of an amazing service. They were polite and helpful. When we came back the second day to ask I it would be possible for another day, they helped us directly and extend the rent. We even received an discount!

1. La moto dejo bastante que desear. Funciono porque es Honda y lo haria hasta abajo del agua. 2. El deposito se paga. Normalmente en los alquiles bloquean el importe y luego lo liberan, en este caso tuve que pagarlo, y aun no me fue devuelto. (ok, me dijeron 10 dias). 3. Los cascos que nos dieron, eran de ciudad, para ruta no son aptos. 4. Luego, la atencion y amabilidad fueron buenos.

Un chico muy amable y efficaz pero dejado solo para gestionar muchos problemas porque la motos son muy viejas y la registracion muy lenta. Un procedimiento de registracion muy lento porque te piden muchas veces lo mismo : nombre, DNI, direccion detallada, tarjeta... todos estos datas hay que repetirlos muchas veces. Tarde mas de 45 min solo para registrarme y tener la moto. Suerte que llegue primero !

All great, except that helmets they are providing are half open and are not good for stronger motocycles if you want to feel the speed somewhere on the highway. In that case you will need your own. Everything else really great!

Al cojer la moto se rompio, me dijeron que tendria la moto de la reserva o una mejor i me dieron una moto del 2006 con casi 100k kilometros. No voy a volver

I got Yamaha Faser 600 instead of Honda CB 500 F. Faser was in normal condition, but without side stand (only central stand). It was very unconvenient. Also I took 2 helmets in normal state. Service of Jota Cafe was good.

The reception was very nice and efficient. There was some doubt if the lock was included but quickly we sorted that out and was no point. I certainly will come back to rent a motorcycle.

Facil y eficaz

Trato excelente, el chico y la chica con los quienes hemos tratado las dos veces (en una sola semana) que hemos alquilado una motocicleta en Barcelona, nos trataron super bien, las motos han ido estupendamente y también en el servicio de recogida y devolución los dos fueron super puntuales y disponibles. Muy recomendables (comparados a otras compañías parecidas en Barcelona, con muchas de las cuales hemos tenido males experiencias) y óptimos precios.....repetiremos 100%!!

I did not get the Cafe Racer, but a modern version of the bike. I specifically wanted to rent a cafe racer and was therefore very disappointed. Furthermore, this is a breach of contract because it says that they can give me a better bike if there are any cases of force mayeure. They just rented the bike twice and then gave me one of lower value, which is a breach of contract. Additionally, they did not offer helmets in our size although we have been asked about the helmet sizes we wanted during the booking process. The lady then promised to check for the correct helmets and then get back to me through Whatsapp but I never heard of her again.

I DIDNT GET THE Honda SH125i ABS , BUT A SIMILAR SYM SCOOTER . BUT AFTERTHIS EVERTHING WAS OK , WITHOUT ANY PROBLEM .

Excellent service for the best price you can find in Barcelona

I intially paid for a Honda CB250 which in itself was one of the cheapest motorcycles I could find for the duration of my rental. I was delayed at the time of the start to my reservation and in response to this, Jota Cafe upgraded me to a Kawasaki ER5 completely free of charge which was a lovely surprise, as I didn't even ask for it, they just wanted to provide a great service. They were communicative and helpful when I had any questions about the bike and how to run it. The only thing I would comment on for improvement is the time taken for my deposit to be refunded, as this took much longer than the stated 10 days. Sometimes communication was a bit uncertain but in the end I got the full deposit back without too much hassle. Overall, I would definitely use them again if I was looking to hire a bike in Barcelona.

Jota Cafe Motorcycle Rental ist zunächst ok. Aber unser Zweithelm hatte ein abgerissenes Schutzvisier. Das war natürlich auf unseren Touren etwas nervig. Schließlich hatte ich ein Motorrad gemietet und keinen Roller mit eher niedriger Maximalgeschwindigkeit. Was ich allerdings kritisch finde, ist das ich sie darauf ansprach, aber mir nicht wirklich Verständnis entgegenkam. Ich denke, das man sich beim Leihen von Fahrzeugen hundertprozentig auf Technik und Material verlassen können muss. Und außerdem ist jetzt eine Woche vergangen und ich habe die Kaution noch nicht zurückerstattet bekommen. Ich hatte bei der Auswahl der Buchungsplattform - in diesem Fall Rentalmotorbike - ganz besonders in den Kritiken auf Bewertungsportalen darauf geachtet, das geschrieben wurde, das man sich bei Rentalmotorbike darauf verlassen kann, das die Rücküberweisung sehr zeitnah geschieht. So bin jetzt ein wenig überrascht. Bitte würden Sie eine zeitnahe Rücküberweisung veranlassen.

Tout c'est très bien passé. Malgré nos difficultés en anglais et en espagnol, Léo a fait le nécessaire pour nous aider à comprendre. Nous avons loué le scooter 10j et nous n'avons rencontré aucun problème. Seul chose que nous n'avons pas compris, nous avons versé une caution de 200€ qui nous a été restitué mais pas dans son intégralité. Et nous n'avons aucune idée à quoi correspond le montant retenu. (Quelques euros).

Tuve que adelantar la devolución de la moto y no pusieron problemas a pesar de ser domingo. Nos comunicamos mediante WhatsApp y estuvieron disponibles en cualquier momento para la recogida y devolución. Gran servicio.

Good service. Staff was friendly, helpful and shared the necessary information. It's also great that staff is speaking English. It's not so common in the city.
