Problème avec les casques. Nous avions demandé deux casques S et XXL. Ils nous ont proposé du M et du L. De plus les casques n'étaient pas propres. Après discussion, nous avons obtenu deux casques M et XL (et non XXL) plutôt propre.
J'avais pourtant appelé quelques jours avant au numéro de référence pour m'assurer d'une taille de casque approprié. On m'avait répondu que tout était en ordre.
Sinon, prestation tout à fait correcte.

Eurpcar schrieb mir, sie hätten kein Büro in der Nähe des Flughafens. Als ich dann notgedrungen in Downtown war, gab es dort mein Motorrad nicht. Man sagte, sie hätten aber eine GS750 am Flughaben. Da weiß doch die Linke nicht, was die Rechte tut!

Abbiamo avuto un piccolo problema tecnico che non sono stato in grado di risolvere. Ci hanno chiesto di recarci al punto Europcar più vicino il giorno dopo ma, dopo averlo fatto, abbiamo scoperto che lì non potevano né risolvere il problema né cambiarci moto. Fortunatamente il problema è rientrato.

Não tinham a moto inicialmente, depois conseguiram arranjar . o Serviço de atendimento é muito lento, o processo antiquado ( muitos papeis), fila enorme de pessoas para levantar viaturas e para entregar. O processo está inadequado apesar boa vontade das pessoas que lá trabalham.

R 1250 GS Adventure
The 1250GSA had clearly been dropped on it's side before I collected the bike. Clear damage to the crash bars, handlebars, mirror & windscreen. The crash bar was touching the cylinder head. It was not clear if this effected the handling. The bike also issued two system warnings, we provided a photo of the warning to the Porto office. In addition while riding, the rear pillion rubber foot rest came off the bike & a bike following advised us. The rubber cover had clearly come off before & had not been refitted correctly, I was able to refit the rubber cover. If the pillion foot had slipped off the foot rest this may have caused the bike to move unexpectedly or an injury to the pillion.
The bike was a little disappointing.

Staff was very friendly, would have liked more information at the handover (how the driving modes work).
The technical handover should be done in English (employee spoke Portuguese).
Return was flawless, I will continue to rent motorcycles.
