R 1250 GS Adventure
The 1250GSA had clearly been dropped on it's side before I collected the bike. Clear damage to the crash bars, handlebars, mirror & windscreen. The crash bar was touching the cylinder head. It was not clear if this effected the handling. The bike also issued two system warnings, we provided a photo of the warning to the Porto office. In addition while riding, the rear pillion rubber foot rest came off the bike & a bike following advised us. The rubber cover had clearly come off before & had not been refitted correctly, I was able to refit the rubber cover. If the pillion foot had slipped off the foot rest this may have caused the bike to move unexpectedly or an injury to the pillion.
The bike was a little disappointing.

Vous jujerez par vous-même : moto loué dans un très moyen ( rayures, bosses ... ).
En la rendant, j'avais rayé un protège-main et une valise latérale ( du même côté ) , et on m'a facturé 665 euros pour les réparations du protège-main..... et du top case !!!! Bravo !!! Quand j'ai demandé un devis des réparations ( du garage ) , Europcar m'a refourni les documents que j'avais déjà reçus au Portugal .Mais pas de devis de réparation d'un garage ... Juste leur barème de facturation des dégats Après plus de 15 jours.

Super endroit, et personnel très agréable, cependant j'avais bien précisé que j'aurais aimé avoir la moto et le modèle que j'avais loué sur photo, et j'ai eu un autre modèle tandis que j'avais appelé plus de 2 semaines avant pour bien précisé que je ne souhaitais pas avoir un autre modèle... Pourquoi proposez-vous des modèles avec option et code couleur, si au final il n'y a que des motos noires et basiques??? Le modèles ci-contre est celui que je souhaitais avoir, et au final j'ai eu un modèle noir, noir et noir ....
