I am writing to formally lodge a complaint regarding a recent experience I had with this company. On August 5th, I rented a motorcycle along with two helmets on the island of Mallorca for two days. At the time of rental, I was required to pay a deposit of 200 Euros via credit card, with the assurance that this amount would be refunded after 10 business days upon the return of the motorcycle and helmets. However, when it came time to return the motorcycle, the designated company representative was not present. I was instructed via WhatsApp to take photographs of the motorcycle and helmets and to park the vehicle at the specified location. I followed these instructions carefully and was assured that the deposit would be refunded in full within 10 business days. After 10 business days had passed, I was informed on the final day that 100 Euros had been deducted from my deposit due to the alleged loss of one of the helmets, with the remaining amount refunded. It is important to note that I was not informed of any issue regarding the missing helmet until this point, which I find to be highly unprofessional and potentially illegal for the following reasons: 1. The company representative did not show up at the time of return, and I returned the motorcycle as per the instructions provided. 2. I was only informed of the alleged missing helmet on the final day when the refund was due, without any prior notice during the 10-day period. 3. The deduction is based solely on the claim made by the next customer who rented the motorcycle, without any concrete evidence that the helmet was indeed lost by us. Given these circumstances, I consider this situation to be highly unfair and I reserve the right to pursue this matter legally to recover the full deposit.

Il servizio non è buono, si attende per il ritiro e si riconsegna senza che vi sia nessuno. Mi è stata data una moto diversa da quella che avevo fermato senza che fossi minimamente avvisato.

Esperienza da dimenticare, In data 11/08 abbiamo effettuato prenotazione per 2 moto, orario e giorno di ritiro ore 8.00 del 12/08. Le moto sono state consegnate alle ore 12.00 e solo 1, L altra siamo dovuti andarla a prendere in aeroporto in autonomia 1 ora successiva. Il casco non era conforme alla taglia richiesta, i guanti non erano presenti e una delle due era senza carburante mentre l altre aveva già un po’ di utilizzo. L operatore di nome Alex non idoneo alla gestione del noleggio in quanto presentato alterato all’ appuntamento. Nessuna informazione ci è stata fornita in merito alla riconsegna, ne il luogo ne il come effettuare il blocco della chiave all interno dell apposito lucchetto. La nostra riconsegna è stata effettuata alle ore 22.00 come d accordi nel luogo del ritiro precedente, sul posto non c era nessuno e non abbiamo ricevuto le informazioni.

Son Rápidos pero por la devolución de la fianza no responden.lo malo dicen que a los 10 días hábiles te regresan la fianza y no es así, aún no me la han regresado. Por otro lado la moto estaba golpeada, super rayada. Más sin embargo a la hora de alquiler eso sí son muy rápidos.
