I'm a bit conflicted here – they seem like genuinely nice people with a small business, but there was the issue with the mirror. They did deliver my bike to my address for free, that was nice, however they were ultimately an hour late.
Also, there was apparently an attempt at theft, and the perpetrators broke a part off. That's my risk for leaving it out on the street in Naples I suppose. However, I was sort of rushed into paying quite a substantial sum for a replacement part. The nice thing is that the rental company allowed me to look for a cheaper part online, but it had to all happen within a day, so I was unable to find any cheaper one. Ultimately I feel that the renter was in a genuine pickle, and it was my own responsibility for leaving it in the street, but I would have liked to have had a bit more time to resolve the situation. I estimate the chance of having been scammed at 10% - 20% :D.

Ils ont été supers sympathiques , professionnels, parfait, lés scooters en bon état. Nous avons fait de la route avec pour faire la côte Amalfitaine sans problème. Nous avons eu un souci avec un scooter ( de notre faute une clé laissée dans le coffre!) pas de problème, très gentil. Je vous recommande cette adresse. Maintenant nous attendons le retour de la caution!

They made me pay some crazy conversion fee of more than 8% on top of the rental price. so instead of 436eur for 4 days. i paid in fact 462eur. also this conversion fee was used on the deposit. which meant that i had to pay 1083eur and got only 997eur of the deposit back.
Therefore i paid overall 548eur for a 436eur rental for 4 days. This is not okay!!!
They promised me to reinstate the missing amount, I asked again the again...but they never did.
This is not aceptable.
